The Site is technically hosted, operated, and managed by LMKR Holdings and its affiliates (“LMKR”) under a long-term technology services agreement.

This document describes how personal information is collected, used, protected, and how payments, refunds, and user obligations are handled when you use this Site.

    By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy.

  • Digital Content and Access

    All bidding documents are provided as digital assets in PDF format. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment. Users are responsible for ensuring device and software compatibility.

  • Fees and Payments
    • USD 100 for bidding documents (non-refundable)
    • PKR 100,000 application submission fee (non-refundable)
    • All fees are final.
  • Non-Refundable Nature of Fees

    Due to the digital nature of the services and immediate delivery of content, all payments are non-refundable, including cases of:

    • User withdrawal
    • Incorrect submissions
    • Disqualification
    • Failure to meet eligibility criteria
  • User Responsibilities
    • Provide accurate and complete information
    • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
    • Refrain from unauthorized distribution of bidding documents
    • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Intellectual Property

    All content, documents, systems, and materials available on this Site are the intellectual property of PPIS or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

  • Limitation of Liability

    PPIS and LMKR shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Site, including payment or submission issues beyond reasonable control.

Refund Policy

  • Bidding Documents

    Payments of USD 100 for bidding documents are strictly non-refundable, as the documents are delivered digitally and access is granted immediately.

  • Application Submission Fee

    The PKR 100,000 application fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including rejection, withdrawal, or disqualification.

  • Exceptional Cases

    Refunds may only be considered in cases of:

    • Duplicate payment
    • Verified technical error resulting in failed delivery

    Any such determination is at the sole discretion of PPIS.
