OGDCL has made an Oil & Gas discovery at their exploratory well Baragzai X-1 located in Nashpa Exploration Licence area District Kohat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province. The well was spudded on December 30, 2024 and drilled to a depth of 5,170 meters. DST was carried out in SamanaSuk and Shinawari Formations which flowed at rate of 3100 BPD Oil and 8.15 MMCFD Gas through 32/64” choke size at well head flowing pressure of 3010 PSI.
