Oil Discovery

UEP has made an Oil discovery at their exploratory well Aassu West-1 located in Laghari Mining Lease area District Tando Muhammad Khan Sindh Province. The well was spudded on 22nd September 2026 and drilled to a depth of 1,342.5 meters During testing, the well flowed oil at a rate of 500 barrels of oil per day (BOPD) through a 10/64-inch choke, with a wellhead flowing pressure of 470 psig
