UEP Beta has made a Gas discovery at their exploratory well Sawan North Deep-1 ST-1 located in Sawan lease area, Sindh Province. The well was spudded on September 16, 2024 and drilled to a depth of 4,272 meters. Testing was carried out in A Sands of Lower Goru Formation which flowed at rate of 0.25-0.3 MMCFD Gas through 128/64” choke size at well head flowing pressure of 100 PSI.
