UEP has made a Gas discovery in Sonro Mining Lease at Sonhal-1 well in Sindh Province. The well was spudded on September 11, 2024 and drilled to the depth of 784 meters. Testing was carried out in Khadro Formation which flowed at the rate of 2.5 MMCFD Gas with wellhead flowing pressure of 106 PSI through 64/64”choke size.
