OGDCL has made a Gas discovery in Mari East Exploration Licence at Chak202-1-1 well in Punjab Province. The well was spudded on June 29, 2024 and drilled to the depth of 1956.5 meters. DST was carried out in Sui Main Limestone Formation which flowed at the rate of 6.15 MMCFD Gas with wellhead flowing pressure of 1340 PSI at 32/64” choke size.
